Toronto's New Waterfront "Mini City"

Our City's waterfront is about to change in a VERY big way!

Launched by Menkes Development, the Sugar Wharf complex will house 8000 residents & 4000 workers on an 11.5 acre site situated at Queens Quay, east of Yonge St (across from the Redpath sugar refinery)

The complex will include a grocery store, a new flagship LCBO store, Toronto's first "vertically integrated" school along with access to the PATH pedestrian system once it is expanded east of Yonge St.

This project fills in one of the last remaining sections of Queens Quay E yet to be developed which stands to be a centre-point for living & working along the east-end of Toronto’s Waterfront.

Just don’t expect this to happen super fast!

The project is still roughly 5-7 years away from final completion with the first 2 shorter condo buildings scheduled for tentative occupancy in early 2022.
