With our global population becoming more intertwined every year, it’s quite interesting to pause & look at what impact globalization is having on our diets and more specifically, the diets of our youth.
The consumption of sugary drinks has increased by 1/3rd globally.
Unfortunately this is a recipe for disaster if nothing is done.
A photographer named Gregg Segal decided to create a book called “Daily Bread: What Kid’s Eat Around The World” which displays this global shift in eating habits by travelling to various countries to photograph the local children & all of the food that comprises their daily diet.
Here’s what he found.
